Canadian Tire mPay & Play™ App Reviews

The app mainly does what a credit card app should, but it is missing the amount to pay to avoid further charges. It tells me the date I need to pay and the minimum amount due and the total CURRENT balance, but not the balance that was current at the time of the statement. In my view that one piece of data is critical in a credit card app. The also should rethink the password issue. Why limit us to 5 digits. Why not 4 or 6 digits. Why not a passphrase? A passphrase would be much more secure than 5 numbers.

I agree with the first reviewer. The app has little value without the last statement balance (Balance Due). Please add this feature otherwise Im still having to use the CT website on my phone!!

Why doesnt it have the gas advantage card?

App does not keep up to date, needs an update. Show monthly amount after paid that the payment is late

Unfortunately you can only use this for the Options Mastercards not the Gas+ cards

A good good app but has no option for gas advantage cards. So inconvenient to always go to browser to review gas advantage card activities. A similar app for gas advantage cards will resolve the problem.

Does not work with MasterCard Cash Advantage either. Would love the App to work would make it easier. Capital One app is amazing maybe get some ideal for Ctc

I really like the app and I have used it to pay in the store. I dont even carry the credit card now as I use the phone to pay everywhere. What isnt clear is if the Canadian Tire Gas Bar can accept payment with this app. No where does the app description say cant be used at the gas bar. If it cant there should be a disclaimer to say so.

The app wont let me go past the sign in/register screen. Spoke to the customer service - told nothing can be done about it as the app is fairly new and needs a lot of updates. Hoping someone looks at this review, resolves the problem and informs about the same.
